Introduction:
The Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) below govern the sale of goods from Overseas Motors (Pte) Ltd (“Overseas Motors”, the “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) on www.oseamo.com (the “Site”) to you (the “Customer”, “You”). The Terms, together with the Legal Disclaimer (https://oseamo.com/legal-disclaimer/) (collectively, the “Agreements”) shall constitute an understanding and incorporated as terms between you and the Company on your dealings with the Company.
This Terms may be amended, supplemented, or varied from time to time at the sole discretion of the management of the Company and you are deemed to have full knowledge of such Terms of use each time before using this website.

Pictures and technical data sheets are only meant for informational purposes and are not meant to form any representations or warranties of any product or any fit for purpose save for as expressly stated. Some items may be obsolete and Overseas Motors makes no representation as to the stock availability of any product. You agree that in no event will you hold Overseas Motors liable for any damages howsoever arising from your use or access of this website.
Product warranties are considered void if any purpose used for is beyond the scope of what was discussed with our sales engineers or any representatives of the Company.
Deposits:
Deposits are non-refundable and refunds of such only at the discretion of the Company. We may charge any amount for deposits on indent items as may be required by the management. You may reserve the right to reject the quotation based on the deposit provided which forms an express term of the agreement between you and the company. Please note that we will only process your indented order upon successful receipt of your deposit.
Payment and Credit Terms:
Forms of payment: We accept bank transfer, PayNow, cash or cheque as modes of payment. However, please note that we may charge you additional bank charges as may be levied upon us by the transacting bank. We also reserve all rights to take legal action as may be necessary against you should such transaction, cash or cheque be found to be fraudulent, invalid, or rejected by the bank.
The Company reserves the right to revoke any credit terms which may be provided to any party at any time. In such a situation, the Company shall provide notice in writing that we wish to revoke such credit terms and all amounts accrued shall be due and payable within five (5) working days upon receipt of such notice.
Please note that if any payment are in arrears for 14 days, we reserve the right to contemplate any forms of legal action against you.
GST:
All goods are subjected to Goods & Services Tax of 7% (GST) as of 21 November 2022. It will be effective along with the latest changes according to the government direction (if any). As of 1 January 2023, all goods shall be subjected to GST of 8%.
Exchanges and Returns:
The Company requests that all customers check their orders upon collection. All goods are sold on a non-exchangeable and non-refundable basis. The Company strictly does not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges unless such products are found to be defective.
Save for any ordinary wear and tear, If any of product(s) are found to be defective, please contact us within 7 working days of delivery at sales@oseamo.com or call us at 62647288. We would request that you provide us with all relevant documentation of your purchase (e.g. invoice, picture of visible defect, description of the issue) which may be sent electronically by email or physically to us at our premises.
At the Company’s discretion, if we are able to verify that there indeed is any such manufacturing defect that is of no fault to you, we may either provide you a product exchange at no additional cost or refund your payment in full.
Delivery:
The following delivery options are available: (1) Self-Collection (2) Delivery by Overseas Motors to single location (3) Third Party Delivery services.
- Self-Collection:
Upon receipt of the Purchase Order and the once Purchase Order is accepted, we will send an Order Confirmation and Commercial Invoice either physically or by email. The Goods ordered may or may not be immediately available for collection. We will contact you once the item is ready to be picked up during our office working hours (excluding lunch hour from 12.30 p.m. to 1.30 p.m.).
Please notify the Company immediately of any change to your date or time of collection, or your contact number. You or your agent assigned for collection would have to produce a copy of your purchase order and must acknowledge on our Delivery Order for receipt of your goods.
We will send you a reminder to you by email or by phone if the Goods are not collected within 7 days from the date on which the Goods are ready for collection. If you still do not collect your purchases within 14 days from the date of the reminder, we may impose storage and administration charges at Overseas Motors’ discretion prevailing rates.
Overseas Motors reserves the right not to entertain the collection or fulfil the Purchase Order should such Goods remain uncollected after two (2) months from the date the Goods were ready for collection and to return you any monies paid less the storage and administration charges and/or to claim against you for any balance outstanding administration and storage charges.
- Delivery by Overseas Motors to a single location
Overseas Motors may provide a one-time complimentary delivery to one (1) location for any single order at our discretion. The conditions in a., b., c., and d. below shall apply to such complimentary delivery.
a. is made to ordinarily accessible locations (with no additional charges for entry) in Singapore;
b. is only made to ground levels;
c. does not consist of bulky items or awkward packages that are unable to be delivered by ordinary commercial vehicles; and
d. does not include unloading.
For any ex-stock items, we shall endeavour to deliver your item within three (3) working days of sending you an Order Confirmation.
For orders shipped to an office address, deliveries are normally made between 9 am and 6 pm from Monday to Friday. Please inform us by email or by phone as soon as possible if any such delivery timings which are not deliverable.
- Delivery by Third Party Delivery Services
If you have engaged any Third-Party Delivery Services to pick up your goods. Please provide us the details of the Third-Party Delivery Service and request that the Third-Party Delivery Service signs off our Delivery order acknowledging receipt of such delivery.
Overseas Motors expressly excludes any liability (including but is not limited to any damage to goods, negligence resulting in death or personal injury) arising from any loss that may arise out of or in connection with your engagement of Third-Party Delivery Services.
Severability:
Any declaration by any court or any other binding legal source that any provision of the contract is illegal and void shall not affect the legality and enforceability of any other provision of this Terms, to the maximum extent that the other provisions of such Terms are legal and enforceable.
Governing Law:
These Terms as well as the use of this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Acceptance of Terms:
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the site and/or the Company’s services you agree to be bound by these Terms as if each term is incorporated as a term into your dealings with the Company. If are unable to agree to such Terms, you are not authorized to use or access the site and/or the Company’s services.
